Form and storage
Supplied as a lyophilised solid in a sealed, lot-numbered vial. Store the sealed vial at 2–8 °C, protected from light and moisture. Allow the vial to reach ambient laboratory temperature before opening, to prevent condensation forming inside the vial.
Handling
All handling, reconstitution and laboratory procedures are determined by the receiving laboratory under its own protocols. We do not provide guidance on use.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day by Royal Mail Tracked, in plain outer packaging.

How should the sealed vial be stored?
Keep the sealed vial at 2–8 °C, away from light. Let it reach room temperature before you open it, so condensation does not form inside.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 15:00, Monday to Friday, go out the same working day. Later orders, and orders placed at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
Which delivery options are there?
In the UK: Royal Mail 24 (1 to 2 working days) or Special Delivery (next working day). Outside the UK: Royal Mail International Standard, Tracked, Tracked & Signed or Economy. Prices are shown at checkout.
Where are the lot number and expiry date?
Both are printed on the vial label. Quote the lot number if you contact us about an order.
Can I return an order?
You can return a parcel unopened with its tamper-evident seal intact. Once the seal is broken we can only take products back if they are faulty, damaged or wrong. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Is Cartalax 20mg for human use?
No. It is supplied for laboratory research use only, and is not for human or veterinary use.
