How we ship

Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is Royal Mail tracked, in plain outer packaging with no indication of contents. Every vial is lot numbered so it can be traced back to its batch.

Storage and handling

Products are supplied as a lyophilised solid. Store sealed vials at 2–8°C, protected from light and moisture. Allow vials to reach ambient laboratory temperature before opening to prevent condensation forming inside the vial. All handling and laboratory procedures are determined by the receiving laboratory under its own protocols.
