Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with Swift Lab Peptides. Please read them before purchasing.
1. Who we are
Swift Lab Peptides is a UK supplier of laboratory research reagents. Our full company details and registered address appear in the footer of this site.
2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not medicines, not food supplements, and not for human or veterinary use. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes, that you are 18 or over, and that you will not use or resell the products for human or animal consumption.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where we cannot verify the purchaser, where the research-use declaration is not given, or where supply would be unlawful.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Quantity-tier pricing is applied automatically at the basket. Payment is taken at checkout and goods remain our property until paid for in full.
5. Delivery
Orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Royal Mail Tracked aims to deliver the next working day but this is an aim rather than a guarantee. See Delivery Information for full detail.
6. Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receipt. Because these are laboratory reagents, we can only accept returns where the vial is unopened, the seal is intact and the lot number is legible. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety reasons. Contact us before returning anything.
7. Specification and liability
Technical data is published in good faith and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Purity figures are a specification, and the receiving laboratory is responsible for verifying any compound before use in its own work. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
