This policy explains what personal data Swift Lab Peptides collects, why, and what rights you have. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

When you open an account we collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, date of birth, organisation or institution, your role, and your stated research context. We also record the research-use declaration you accept, with the date, the version of the wording, and the IP address it was accepted from.

Why we collect it

Contact and address data is used to process and deliver your order, which is necessary to perform our contract with you. Date of birth is used to verify that you are 18 or over. Organisation, role and research context, together with the declaration record, are held under our legitimate interest in verifying that products are supplied for laboratory research use and in being able to evidence that verification.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for marketing. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Account and verification records are kept while your account is active and for two years after your last order, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details on our contact page. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
