Packaging

All orders ship in plain outer packaging with no indication of contents on the outside. Vials are packed to protect against impact in transit.

What arrives

Each vial is lot numbered and labelled with the compound, the quantity, the lot and the storage requirement. Products are supplied as a lyophilised solid and are stable in transit at ambient temperature.

On arrival

Transfer vials to refrigerated storage at 2–8°C, protected from light and moisture. Allow sealed vials to reach ambient laboratory temperature before opening, to prevent condensation forming inside the vial.
